My Geriatric Uterus
My Geriatric Uterus is a bold, brazen and brash solo musical that examines the expectations placed on women’s bodies against the backdrop of late stage Capitalism. Written and performed by Lormarev Jones, featuring music by Christopher Wood, My Geriatric Uterus premiered at the 2019 Cincinnati Fringe Festival and was the winner of the David C. Herriman Artists’ Pick of the Fringe.
This solo puppet musical was nominated for the Young-Howze Theatre Award for "Comedic Writing of the Year" having been described as "mind blowing comedy"!

The Virgin Cookbook
The Virgin Cookbook, Lormarev's MFA Thesis, gave her the space to synthesize her various talents into this personal piece of solo performance exploring loss, social expectations for women, and how to make a virgin. Originally performed at Sarah Lawrence's Theatre.
